Initiative to promote Technological Vocations in students

We sponsored the Second UPM Engineering and Architecture Fair, ‘El aprendiz de Ingeniero’ (The Engineer Apprentice), which was held in September 2015.
We participated in ‘JUVENALIA-DABADUM 2015’ with 6 activities aimed at children and young people between 0 and 16 years old.
In 2016 we held 36 theoretical and practical workshops for over 1,000 middle and high school students in 35 schools in the Madrid Region.
During the 2016-2017 academic year, we sponsored the UPM Mathematics Museum and its first π-mensa Micro-Mathematics Contest.
And we continue organizing fun math workshops for children in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Engineering and the UPM Mathematics Museum.
We also sponsor the 2nd edition of the First Lego League, an event organized by the UPM that involves young people aged 10 to 16 in research, problem solving and science.
