We create global talent strategies that position brands in young environments and contribute to generate dialogue with young people and universities. We help companies position themselves as the place to start and develop a professional career, creating a unique experience. We design and implement internal actions that improve engagement and involve all the actors of the company, helping to generate a sense of corporate pride, belonging and commitment.

Airbus Minds

Designed by Fundación Universidad-Empresa, Universidad de Alcalá and Escuela de Organización Industrial for Airbus, this program aims to raise awareness among the new generation of engineers about human values, while promoting the development of their soft skills. The first edition of this 12-month program was carried out in 2016 and 2017.

Alstom Talent Energy

Aimed at young engineering graduates, it combines a 12 month paid internship at Alstom with a Master in Decision Making & Innovation, designed by the Fundación Universidad-Empresa and Universidad de Alcalá, and in-company training scheme with Senior Managers. The program, which has already held three editions, offers new graduates the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a global company such as Alstom, world leader in the rail transport sector.

BBVA Liquid System

Liquid System is the new training strategy for young talent designed by Fundación Universidad-Empresa and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos for BBVA. Launched in 2016, it is structured around several programs: Liquid Draft, aimed at providing specific knowledge of the banking business and developing personal skills of undergraduate interns at BBVA offices; and Liquid Storm, designed to foster the commercial digital talent of the new hires at BBVA.

Challenge By Cintra

A program of excellence involving international rotation at Cintra Infraestructuras headquarters in Spain and Portugal, Challenge by Cintra is aimed at recent graduates in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Economics, Law, Psychology, or Civil Engineering who have completed their studies in Spain or Portugal. The participants combine their internship with the completion of the Master in Decision Making & Innovation. The program has been running annually since 2014.

HP Academy

HP Academy is a selection and training program aimed at recent European graduates interested in developing their professional career in the areas of R+D+I or Business. The training is focused on the development of soft skills and the knowledge of the products and solutions created by HP (design, 3D, printers, computers). The best candidates are offered the opportunity to join HP as employees at its international headquarters in Barcelona. After 12 editions of the program, HP continues to demonstrate its commitment to young talent.

Huawei Choices & Steps

Choices & Steps is the new recruitment and development strategy for young talent designed by Fundación Universidad-Empresa for Huawei Spain. It offers several programs for different profiles: Start Experience (internships and training for students and recent graduates); Breakthrough ICT Sales and Breakthrough ICT Engineer (professional development programs for sales and engineering profiles).

Las Ideas se Mueven

This initiative is aimed at promoting innovation among higher vocational training and university students through an ideas competition based on Endesa’s corporate commitments. The winner of the competition receives a prize of 3,000 euros and the opportunity to complete an internship at Endesa while following the Bridge academic program in Productivity and Personal Development. In 2017 the third edition was held in Andalusia and Extremadura, after the success of the previous editions in Catalonia and Madrid.

TID Campus

This recruitment program, carried out by Telefónica I + D, is aimed at computer and telecommunication engineers and includes 2 weeks of intensive training in new technologies and tools (taught by Telefónica I + D) and business skills (taught by Universidad Francisco de Vitoria). The best students are selected to continue their training through the Gaia Master in Decision Making & Innovation, while completing a 6-month internship period (which can be extended to 12) at the company.
