FOR RECENT UNIVERSITY GRADUATES
The Gaia program is a joint initiative of the Fundación Universidad-Empresa and the University of Alcalá.
It combines company internships with a collaborative learning model aimed at the acquisition of professional skills. It is developed, therefore, in two aspects: an Internship Program in a company and an Academic Training Plan at University.

MASTER IN DECISION MAKING AND INNOVATION (90 ECTS):
Academic training:
It consists of 7 monthly modules, 1elective module and a Final Project.
Possibility of creating personalized learning paths depending on the interests of the student, their training and the needs of the host company.
Program:
Online and English training with content focused on business practices.
Internships in companies:
6 or 12 months
