The Gaia program is a joint initiative of the Fundación Universidad-Empresa and the University of Alcalá.
It combines company internships with a collaborative learning model aimed at the acquisition of professional skills. It is developed, therefore, in two aspects: an Internship Program in a company and an Academic Training Plan at University.
Financing: Program co-financed by the University of Alcalá, the Fundación Universidad Empresa and the companies associated with the program. The cost for participating companies is € 8,736.42 (6 months) and € 13,764.78 (12 months) with a study grant of € 800 gross per month.
Social security contribution.
Duration: 6 or 12 months, full-time and with a holiday period (as determined by the company).
Training Plan: Master’s Degree in Decision Making and Innovation. 90 ECTS (60 ECTS in we-learning mode and 30 ECTS of internships).
Specialization Course: From the University of Alcalá.
Certification: from the participating company.
Rolling admissions: Throughout the year.
MASTER IN DECISION MAKING AND INNOVATION (90 ECTS):
8 months, 8 modules focused on a company internship, 2 simultaneous modules and a final project.
