What are cookies?

Once this relationship has ended, the data may be duly retained and, where applicable, blocked for the limitation periods of any potential legal liabilities that may arise from the processing and/or while any legal obligation to retain it exists. During this period, the data will only be available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the competent public authorities. Consequently, data is not automatically deleted when the relationship with the Foundation ends and may be retained or blocked as long as necessary for compliance with legal obligations and to address any potential liabilities.
