What are cookies?

Cookies are small files containing information that allow us to understand how our users navigate our website, and thus work on the constant improvement of the navigation process. What kind of cookies do we use and to what end?

Data Retention Periods
Data will be retained for the time necessary to manage your inquiry or the relationship arising from your participation in the Foundation’s activities, programs, or services. Once this relationship has ended, the data may be duly retained and, where applicable, blocked for the limitation periods of any potential legal liabilities that may arise from the processing and/or while any legal obligation to retain it exists. During this period, the data will only be available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the competent public authorities. Consequently, data is not automatically deleted when the relationship with the Foundation ends and may be retained or blocked as long as necessary for compliance with legal obligations and to address any potential liabilities.

Data Transfers and Processors

  • With partner organizations, companies, and institutions when such sharing is necessary to manage your participation in the requested activities or services.
  • With public authorities and judicial bodies, when there is a legal obligation to do so.
