What are Chapters by FUE?
Chapters are local nodes of the Fundación Universidad-Empresa that activate talent where it truly happens: in the region. We work alongside companies, universities, public institutions, and social agents to create real opportunities for internships, first jobs, training, and innovation. Each Chapter operates as its own ecosystem, while leveraging FUE’s national experience, methodology, and network.

The first Chapter. The starting point.
Andalusia was the origin.
The first Chapter was born in Cádiz from a very personal experience: that of Paloma Catalán, a young woman who, after taking part in the Movers by FUE excellence program, found in the Fundación Universidad-Empresa the confidence to bring opportunities closer to young talent in Andalusia and address the specific needs of the region’s business community.
The result of this collaborative effort is the Cádiz Talent Agora
