OPTIMUS EXECUTIVE Program

FOR RECENET UNIVERSITY GRADUATES

The goal of the Optimus Executive program is to provide recent university graduates with a differential education that enhances their personal, professional and technological skills so that they can become the professionals demanded by the labor market.

It is therefore developed in two aspects: an Internship Plan in Companies and an Online Academic Training Plan in the FUE platform and in person at the Francisco de Vitoria University.

Key Facts
  • Financing: Program co-financed by the Francisco de Vitoria University, the Fundación Universidad-Empresa and the companies associated with the program. The cost for participating companies is € 13,589.78 per place (12 months) with a study grant of € 800 gross per month.

  • Social security contribution.

  • Duration: 12 months, full-time and with a holiday period (as determined by the company).

  • Training Plan: Face-to-face training (in skills and competences) and online (in management, technologies and creativity), given by the Francisco de Vitoria University and the Fundación Universidad-Empresa.

  • Specialization Course: From the Francisco de Vitoria University, in personal, professional and digital competences.

  • Certification: From the receiving company.

  • Rolling admissions: Throughout the year.

TRAINING PROGRAM:
Face-to-face training (96 hours):

8 Fridays (from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and 8 Saturdays (from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)

Company Internship (12 months):

Practical training in the company and development of the Training Project designed by the company for each of the places advertised.
